Clever Pups is a structured puppy training class designed for Calgary puppies between 9 and 20 weeks of age, the most important stage of behavioural development.During this stage, puppies are learning how to interact with people, other dogs, and the world around them. The Clever Pups program focuses on socialization, confidence building, and teaching early manners that shape behaviour as puppies grow.
Owners learn how puppies think and learn, while puppies begin developing foundational skills such as recall, loose leash walking, polite greetings, and self-control.

WHERE EVERYDAY SKILLS BECOME RELIABLE HABITS
The Foundations program provides dog training classes in Calgary designed to help dogs of any age develop reliable behaviour at home and in real-world environments.
This program focuses on building clear communication between dogs and their owners while developing skills that help dogs remain calm and responsive around distractions.
Dogs begin strengthening important behaviours such as loose leash walking, recall, focus, and polite behaviour around people and other dogs.

TRAINING FOR THE REAL WORLD
The Core program focuses on helping dogs develop the confidence, reliability, and self-control needed to navigate real-life environments.
Unlike traditional indoor dog training classes, many Core sessions take place in parks and public spaces throughout Calgary, helping dogs learn skills that transfer beyond a training class.
This program helps dogs develop the reliability and confidence needed to accompany their owners in everyday life.

Clever Canines Dayschool provides a safe and engaging day for social dogs who benefit from play, movement, outdoor time, and positive social experiences.
More than traditional dog daycare, Dayschool is designed to support your dog’s physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing in an environment guided by knowledgeable team members.
Dogs are carefully grouped by personality, temperament, and play style so they can build positive relationships and enjoy their day with well-matched friends.

Foundations
Whether you are starting out with a new dog or want to start a new training path with your best friend, Foundations will guide you through the key concepts that will allow you to establish any command, skill, or behaviour. The fundamentals learned will equip you to understand your dog, support good manners, and prevent negative reactions. Foundations will show you how to build trust and strengthen your relationship with your dog.
Core
Core classes at Clever Canines has one goal: To help you enjoy freedom with your dog, in real life! Core does more than just show you how to work with your dog. No matter your current training level, the unique design of this program will help you create lasting patterns and build skills that will become second nature for you and your dog. Training your dog will become a seamless and fun part of your daily life.
Club 360
Club 360 is a year-round training membership that allows you to completely customize your experience. Choose from monthly class offerings to create your ideal schedule and training program. New and alternative techniques like trick training and behaviour modification take your skills to another level or enjoy a relaxing walk while getting to know your fellow members and our city. You’ll even have options to get out of town with hiking and camping trips. club360 is anything you want it to be!
